New Onion Skin feature helps in creating vector animation.
When onion skinning is enabled, you'll see not just the current frame, but also a transparent rendering of the adjacent frames backwards and/or forwards in time. This gives a better idea of how the frame that you're currently working on relates to the flow of the animation.
Onion skinning can be enabled when editing shape layers. To choose the number of frames to display, click on the button. The button shows the number of onion skin frames backwards and forwards in a shortcut format, e.g. 2+3 means: "Render two frames backwards and three frames forward".
-
Picture and movie layers created on import are now named according to the file's original name.
-
Fixed usability issue with Select tool where, when shape component selection is active within one layer, another layer might be unexpectedly selected when "Auto-select layers" is enabled.
-
Fixed bug in opening some project files containing text block elements.
-
Fixed bug where Undo was not correctly applied when undoing a resize or anchor point drag within an Image element.
-
Fixed bug where a document's background pattern would not be correctly saved.
-
Shift key can now be used to constrain resize drag so that the layer is uniformly scaled in both directions.
-
Fixed bug that caused Publish function to fail on Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5).
Each Radi version tends to focus on slightly different features. For the previous version's updates, see
